TERMS AND CONDITIONS

To reserve a spot, you must be 18 or older with a valid credit or debit card. If you cancel within 72 hours of your reservation, you will forfeit your deposit unless we can fill your slot.

We will make every attempt to fill your reserved time slot but if unsuccessful you will be charged the full amount of your deposit. If you cancel within 24 hours of your booking time you will be charged for the full amount of the requested charter. To receive a full refund (minus 3% processing fee) cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days.

If the captain deems weather or lake conditions unsafe, we can arrange a refund or credit for a future booking. If you have concerns about the weather, please contact us as early as possible to discuss options.

A no-show or same-day cancellation will be charged for the full booking time. We have limited availability each day and cannot resell a canceled spot. Please arrive on time and plan for traffic and parking during the summer. Late arrivals will be charged for the full booking time and are not guaranteed the full amount of reserved time on the water.

We may cancel, modify, or postpone charters due to scheduling, weather, equipment availability, or other reasons. We will make every attempt to reschedule.
